These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and participation in our direct selling program. By using our website and enrolling as a direct seller, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

  • Definitions

1. Direct Selling : "The marketing and selling of goods or services directly to consumers, usually in their homes or at their workplace."

2. Direct Seller/Distributor : An individual who is authorized by Forvision to market and sell products to consumers and recruit others to become direct sellers.

3. Customer : An individual who purchases goods or services from Forvision, directly or via a direct seller.

  • Eligibility -

- To become a direct seller with Forvision, you must be at least 18 years of age.

- Direct sellers must provide accurate and complete information during registration and notify Forvision of any changes in personal details.

- By registering as a direct seller, you agree that the engagement is on a principal-to-principal basis, and no employer-employee relationship exists.

  • Contract -

- Upon approval, you will receive a unique identification number that will act as your reference for all future communications and business transactions with Forvision.

- The agreement between you and Forvision is for a minimum period of 12 months, renewable annually, provided that there are no complaints or violations of the company's policies or applicable laws.

  • Prohibition of Pyramid Schemes -

- Forvision strictly prohibits any form of pyramid scheme. Any structure that compensates based solely on recruitment rather than product sales is illegal and will result in immediate termination.

  • Selling Practices -

- Direct sellers must sell only Forvision's products and services.

- All information provided about products and services must be accurate, clear, and not misleading.

- Direct sellers must not engage in any deceptive or unfair trade practices.

- No direct seller shall compel any customer to purchase products in bulk or offer the opportunity.
